Clinton Wasylishen: Not inexpensive, but high quality furniture to be found here. If you're looking for cheap, you'll have to go elsewhere, but if you're looking for something unique and high quality, you're best to start here. Great service and delivery.
Joan E D: There is a lovely crafted selection of assorted furniture, appliances utencils, etc. Staff is always lovely and willing to help. The brand is in the medium range pricing, but it's got its exclusivity from special designers in cutlery, dishes and photo holders for example.
Kate Hayward: Great staff and good understated furniture with a metro style, just like other crate and barrel stores. Also a large selection of white dishware.

DA S: The furniture is very nice and the prices are ok. The problem is that their stock is VERY limited, if you like something you will have to wait for it to be back in stock for over 3-4 months, which is LESS than ideal. Also the beds are American sized, therefore the regular mattress size (which is what the majority of places in Costa Rica sell) won't fit their beds, hence you are stuck buying their mattresses which are not that great

Michael r: Absolutely horrible. We went last week to buy a sofa, bed for my daughter and a dining room table and chairs. Dining room table was the last one in showroom. Gentleman said call back tomorrow and I'll see if we can sell it. To have to call back stupid enough but we did anyway. Next day he said we could take the table, chairs and another table when we wanted. We headed there Sunday found the salesman only to be told the owner changed her mind cause she is having a show and needs the table. We just walked out with no table, no bed and no desire to ever go back again. Absolutely ridiculous. Salesman was a nice guy. Owner obviously doesn't have a clue. Least she could have done was come apologize and try to work something out.

Lee Jones: I'm having a very difficult time receiving information about products available in the store. I live in Rohrmoser and trying to locate and purchase a platform bed. After several calls and attempts to communicate in English have failed, I asked my friend to translate and communicate in Spanish and still have not received any information about the products available. When asking about the beds on the website "the Templenze Panel Bed", I'm told they are only available by special order. I don't mind special order, but no one offers to help me with that option either. Frustrated, I will either have to drive the 40 mile round trip to the store or just go four blocks down the street to La Artistica and order a bed from them or go to Sarchi and have a bed custom made. Being from the USA originally, I was excited to see and Ashley Furniture Store in San Jose; however, not so excited any longer. I think the store is not equipped for website or phone information and sales, so if your interested in buying an Ashley product, please just plan to drive the distance to the store and do it all in person. James Turner: What a wonderful surprise this store is. Everything you need for home decor including linens for your beds. The largest variety of lamps I have seen in this country can be found here. They have a massive selections of rugs in every size at very good prices. Nice quality furniture can be found but no leather. It is definitely worth the trip just to roam around on the multiple floors of beautiful findings.
Lilliana Rodriguez: This place really amazed me . What ever you need you will find it in here . And if you do not need anything, you will find something beautiful for your house anyway. Plenty of beach stuff in case you are wondering. 4 floors for you to choose . I loved it .

Laney Claridge: Great furniture and accessories. Pricey though. As with many Costa Rican stores, you'll have a shadow employee to help answer questions. Lots of wall decor, sconces, lighting, some outdoor stuff, rugs, etc. Great selection but again, rather pricey. 2nd floor (of 3) is where you'll find the clearance or $$ off items.
Vanessa Heart: Finding rugs has been a challenge but this place has a enormous selection and 3 floors of rugs, lamps, and other items. I was finally able to find a rug after looking for so long!
Dan Sheaks: A great place to accessorize your home from elegant, to innovative, to basic designs. Service is helpful

David Adam: We loved the store in Liberia and purchased a few items. They even stored the furniture for us while we built. Ceasar, the salesman, was helpful. The issue we have is when we picked up our sofa it was not in a box but was wrapped in plastic. When we were finally ready to put it in we noticed the sofa had a large cut in it. We took it back and the service department did absolutely nothing to help us. I will not give Bali any of our business again. Their service department is terrible. I don’t recommend this business to anyone as our experience turned out to be painful and expensive.
Walt Weller: Wonderful indoor and outdoor furniture. Beautiful and innovative designs. Expensive but tasteful and well designed. Don't miss the hot tubs and outdoor barbecue products.
Laney Claridge: Prices are a considerably more than you'll find in the States but you have to understand that everything is imported. Friendly staff that doesn't "hover". Excellent selection of quality outdoor furniture including gas and charcoal grills. Only place you'll find Weber grills.
David Bergeron: Amazing selection and great quality. This is a must go to place if you need furniture. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I talked to the owner and I could see that he really cares and will only recommend something that is really suited for my needs. For what I can saw, this is the best furniture store in Costa Rica.
Rick Lariviere: Great selection of outdoor furniture. Prices seem a little high, but the quality appears to be really good. Fortunately we bought a set when they were having a Father's Day sale of 30% throughout the store.
Rick Culleton: Good quality furniture. A little expensive. Good staff. I bought a truck load. :)

Complimentary shipping a little treaky, should ask first. Omar Sancho, great salesman, knowleadgeable and polite. He should teach his ways to her not-so-nice coworker (not even got her name!).
Edward Turner: Very beautiful things with prices to match. Sales staff is bilingual and helpful.
Francisco Chacon: Grilling stuff collection is excellent, they know about. Furniture offer looks big but lacks consistency, very picky, a home can not be fully dressed with.

Tatjana Weidner: I bought these two 500 dollar OUTDOOR chairs at Marilou's store, I have been guaranteed that this product can withstand the tropical weather and being under a palapa, after 6 months the metal of the chairs has completely fallen apart. Before I bought it they guaranteed me that it would withstand the weather, and that if there was any problem they would replace it. Now they do not want to be responsible for their words that they negotiated at the time of the sale, and knowing very well that the chairs do not withstand the tropical climate without the necessary finishes that they promised me they were going to have. This business is not professional nor are they responsible for their failures. I have bought these two chairs in Marilou's store, they have guaranteed me that this product can withstand the tropical climate and be under a palapa, after 6 months the metal of the chairs has completely dismantled. Before buying it, they guaranteed me that they would withstand the weather, and that if there were any problems they would make a change. Now they do not want to be responsible for their words that they negotiated at the time of sale, and knowing very well that the chairs cannot withstand the tropical climate without the necessary finishes that they promised me they would have.
