John N: The washing service was friendly prompt and relatively inexpensive. However, two shirts that were white were returned as light blue. I had told them specifically to wash in cold. None of our clothes were new so it was not our clothes that bleed blue. Unfortunately cannot recommend.

Josue Queralt: No llegue a utilizar el servicio, ropa con etiqueta de lavado en lavadora te dicen que no se puede lavar a lavadora ( incluso ropa que siempre se ha lavado asi ) te dicen que el precio de lavado en seco es el mismo que lavado por kilo ( es un insulto a la logica e inteligencia ) por 20 piezas de ropa solo por lavado y planchado querian cobrar 88 000 colones, luego pregunte el precio por hacer un ruedo y me dijeron 4 000, a la hora del recibo estaba marcado a 4 500, en resumen por 4 ruedos y 20 piezas de ropa ( que pedi lavado por kilo ) y entre larga y corta me quisieron pasar a lavado en seco o no se responsabilizan de dañar la ropa ( que la etiqueta dice lavado en lavadora ) me querian cobrar 104 mil colones. Do not use the service, clothes with a washing machine label tell you that they cannot be machine washed (even clothes that have always been washed like this) they tell you that the price of dry cleaning is the same as washing per kilo ( It is an insult to logic and intelligence) for 20 pieces of clothing just for washing and ironing they wanted to charge 88,000 colones, then I asked the price for making a roll and they told me 4,000, at the time of receipt it was marked at 4,500, In summary, for 4 wheels and 20 pieces of clothing (which I asked for washing per kilo) and between long and short they wanted to switch to dry cleaning or they are not responsible for damaging the clothes (the label says machine wash) they wanted to charge me 104 Thousand colones.
carlos barrantes: Lleve prendas a lavar, toda ropa blanca, me la mancharon y no me la devolvieron, me cobraron la mitad, pero no cubre el costo de las camisas dañadas, tampoco ofrecieron ninguna indemnizacion, no recomiendo este lugar. I took clothes to wash, all white clothes, they stained it and they did not return it to me, they charged me half, but it does not cover the cost of the damaged shirts, they did not offer any compensation either, I do not recommend this place.

Jason Goldsberry: The clothes were washed and returned folded as advertised. However they arrived a full day later than promised. They could not be bothered to keep their deadlines. The clothes were weighed in at 4kg. I don’t believe this was accurate as he did not show me the scale as is customary at places which charge by weight. Every other similar business is careful to demonstrate honesty. The price is already high enough (2500/kg) without being dishonest I make a few more colones. Seriously, that’s higher than in the US… I understand the “gringo tax” but that’s over the top… PS I had 7kg washed, folded and delivered on time by a competitor for the same price who was very forthright about their charges. Will not be using this service again and I advise you to look elsewhere as well.

Elzbieta Malinowski: Very bad service I used in San Pedro. I delivered a black-white cloth jacket that had stains from not being used. They assured me that everything comes out very clean and when I received it, it had the same stains as before. The service that does not work is paid. Since it turned out so bad, I decided to wash the garment and managed to get it back. Please think carefully before using these services.

Sharon Teh: Quick and easy. Clothes washed, dried and folded. When I brought the clothes in, I think it was the owner and he speaks English. As at 1st Nov 2018, it’s CRC1,200 per kg plus tax (special rate for Fauna Luxury Hostel). They will accept USD but check what the exchange rate they are using for change in colones. They take card but they prefer cash.

My mother paid ten thousand colones in this place specifically to remove the smell of American clothing from a coat for my sister, the package was sealed and therefore she paid trusting that it was.
