It has the most important Apple products and it is also possible to finance with different banks in Costa Rica. Chuc Mason: Aside from honoring warranty work their customer service is absolutely terrible. Even when the store is open you can't pick up or drop off a laptop for service unless a single specific technician is there. They do not answer their service email if you have a question. Everything is automated, Will be a miracle if we get our laptops back before Christmas with their lack of communication.

Ava Shije: My mac wouldn't start, but after logging in for Apple support I saw I was still covered with AppleCare and could make an appointment at iShop the next morning. My computer logicboard was replaced after they received the parts (all within 4 days) at iShop, and I wasn't charged at all. I feel great knowing that there's a place I can go for Apple service. It was fast and easy.

Hugh Mungus: Do not take the phone there if it is damaged and there is no guarantee. The prices of the parts are too expensive, I took my phone that was rebooting, they couldn't fix it and they told me it was for the screen and they were going to charge me $530. I decided to fix it myself, just using a program to force an update to the phone fixed it without having to change the screen or anything.

Fabio Pacheco J.: Worst customer service. Bought a computer not longer than 1 month ago. Computer came faulty. They did not change the computer. Had me waiting for 2 days and lied about giving me a refund. Had me bring the computer with original box, and charger. When I did they said they will not refund. They do not want to return my money and do not want to replace it for a functioning computer. Do NOT buy from them. Rather go to iCon in multi plaza where they actually do care about the customer.

Laura Jimenez: In the end, no "diagnosis" other than the invoice and on top of that a damaged key. In the support department, Pinares' service was horrible. My computer was damaged and since I bought it there I took it right there. I paid first for the "diagnosis" that did not specify what type of damage it was or what could have caused it, they do not identify anything other than what you have to pay for the spare part. Then they invented that a key was bad when I took it and I had never had any key problem. When they told him they did not apologize and the woman who attends told me that "they still had photos of how I brought it" and that it did not matter because the key works (but it is sunk and works differently) of course the photos were from after I had left and left the computer in their hands.

Charlotte Fradet: Terrible service, I came because my mac is not charging well. I told them it was probably the mac safe connector because there is a bad contact, yet when they gave me the diagnostic they told me it was because of the battery. I thought it was quite weird but since they are the pros, I trusted them. They changed my battery but I still have a problem with charging the computer so basically they had me buy a new a battery although mine was still functioning even if old. They didn't fix the problem I came to the store for and when II came back, they told me since my mac is from 2011, they won't have parts to replace the mac safe connector because it is vintage (2011), this is crazy! I paid 240bucks for absolutely nothing!

Gabriela Lemoine: Excellent service. I called on the phone because I needed to know if they could repair my phone (iPhone 7 Plus with a broken screen) and they treated me very quickly. I use it to work and I needed it working in less than 3 hours, being only a few days in Costa Rica. An unfortunate accident that ended well thanks to the guys from Costa Rica iPhone. They told me 2 hours, but they had it ready in 1 hour, so I could return to the hotel on time and be ready for my meeting. THANKS!!!

R: I wanted to buy a MacBook, the latest model that cost around $4,500. When I call the store and talked to Evelyn, she said don't have it but we can get it we will send you an email with all of the information in a moment. No email, they went silent. So I called again and Cesar says they are sorry and that he will get me the info about how long it will take and check with their supplier and then he will call me so I can go and start the process, well second person who goes silent. I am wondering if they don't want to sell or what is their deal but 2 people from this store just going below every expectation in customer service makes me think about how they conduct business there.

Derek Joki: Don’t go here. Get your Apple products else where. I wanted my phone battery replaced and it took them over 6 hours to do it. They told me 3 hours and then when I came back they said they had not even started. And I had to wait another 3 hours more. Also, they are not knowledgeable about Apple products. I am very disappointed in Apple that they use iCon!

Mariana E. Salinas: The worst technical and customer service of my life as an Apple customer for almost 10 years. The technician was extremely rude and accused me and insisted on having wet my phone, when that is the case, otherwise the problem according to APPLE SUPPORT is a factory defect of the IPhone 12 as such. 0/5 but google doesn't let me like this 1/5.

Maria Badilla: I bought my MacBook in 2019 and I paid for the extended warranty, in the last one the computer has failed me too many times and I take it with me and EVERY time they have told me that the computer has nothing, terrible service. We need an Apple Store in CR now.

Khalil Najjar: I left my computer so that they could see why the trackpad that did not give "feedback" when clicking did not work. They completely damaged my computer which cost me $2200. They opened it and left the battery badly connected and when I turned it on the RAM burned. And not only that, they charged me 45 thousand colones for the "diagnosis".

Jose Armando Mora: I asked them several times for someone to attend to me, none of them dignified. Terrible service, change the staff to people who are truly passionate about selling their products and not pouting customers. How easy it is to lose a sale with such bad staff.

Carl De Pass: Terrible customer service, one of their workers scolded me and the worst thing is that their workers have no knowledge of what they are selling. Totally outside the guidelines of Apple Inc. for a premium reseller. In my opinion I do not understand how they can keep the license with the lousy service they have. Terrible inventory management, they never have anything. I'm also disappointed in how they force you to grab a product of another color just because they don't want to bring the other one. Hopefully Apple Inc. or Icon's own management will improve these points because for now I do not recommend anyone buy here, much less in this Multiplaza Escazú branch.

Be Ferreto: I came for a battery change and they gave me a used one. I didn't have a good experience. I came out with the same damage and leaving it to use the guarantee scares me. Lost silver. I don't recommend them at all.

Cristina Quesada: I brought my cell phone because the touch function was not working properly (it worked intermittently). As it turns out the diagnosis was: the screen is bad (I thought this was wrong but hey, they are SUPPOSED to know). They changed my screen, and it turns out that my screen was 100% good 😶 and it wasn't the screen that was bad and the cell phone still had the same touch function problem with which I initially brought it. So 50,000 colones later, they tell me that “they will see how they solve it, but that they will have to erase all the contents of the cell phone”. A week later I get my cell phone and it's still bad..........and they didn't delete anything or do anything to it. Then someone competent finally arrives and explains to me what my cell phone has, that it is a small chip that they have to change but that it takes time to come. Well, after going twice more and the cell phone wasn't ready, they give me the cell phone with a chip and apologize because "it's second-hand"... on top of that, I notice that the screen they put on me was new (I remind you that my screen was 100% good, and they changed it for a new one) it had two ink stains... that is to say that when they changed the chip for a second-hand one, they screwed up the new screen. Well, well, I accept it because I really had been without a cell phone for a long time and I was tired of going over and over again and the truth is that with the inefficiency of this place, I couldn't wait for them to fix me. With my cell phone I NEVER had a problem with the battery. It turns out that since I picked it up it shuts down at 45% battery... Let's put it this way: I came with a touch problem, and a full battery and screen. I walked away with good touch BUT a bad battery and screen. If you want to do yourself a favor, go somewhere else and don't board like me. They are truly the most inefficient thing I have ever seen in my entire life.

Del Mundo: I just don't recommend the place. I had my cell phone fixed because its screen had broken, when they changed it the screen showed certain gitches, so I took it to check with its respective guarantee. They returned it to me with a broken screen, when I only took it because of errors in the image and now according to them I hit the screen. I really have not seen such incompetent people. I recommend taking your phone to another place.
