Fon Herrera: A very good experience. The products are of high quality, and one of the strong points is the support of the brand, and the availability of spare parts and technical workshop service. In the case of the Astra, you are really investing in an electric bike with a lot of power. Niclas Swanlund: Wanted to buy a QUAD and they told me it would be $12 200 in February of this year. They said it was on backorder but would be here in 4 months. They said I needed to put down $1000 to hold it. I even received an official offer with the price detailed and that this offer was valid until February 24th. I paid on Feb 23rd. They delayed and delayed and then finally they told me it was here in a week (October) and I could pick it up. At that time, they suddenly raised the price to $14 265. I showed them the contract and they still just said "do you want it". I lived in Costa Rica for 17 years, this was my third brand new QUAD I bought from Honda. Very disappointed and will file a consumer complaint against the company and their seller.

Dan Mart: I visited the Uruca Yamaha dealer on December 8, 2021, ready to purchase a bike under 200 cc. Unfortunately a very disrespectful sales agent was the one who approached me, and he would talk so much that I had to tell him to be quiet so that I could talk !!! I said he needed to listen to my questions. He then mocked me, putting his ear right next to my mouth !!! Such disrespect. He was a beefy-looking guy---I should have gotten his name. Needless to say, I changed my mind about buying a Yamaha----will NEVER again go to a Yamaha dealership. AWFUL treatment.

Gurumustuk Singh: Carlos took me on an amazing ride at Adventure Park Costa Rica outside San Jose on one of his amazing ebikes. Definitely do it if you love MTB. He was a great host and was so much fun.
Nicolas Fonta: We rented 2 mountain bikes for a day. They were flexible on the date, gave very good advice on where to go (Senderos Colon) and we had a fantastic ride. Carlos was very nice and helpful. We definitely recommend the place.
Carol Schotte: My boyfriend and I just finished a fantastic ride with Carlos in the Senderos Colon region. We are experienced riders, and we have often been disappointed with the quality of bikes available for rent when travelling. Carlos provided us with quality bikes, the DeVinci Troy. Came with dropper posts. He is able to provide with flats or clip-ins for pedals. Helmets were good quality and he also had a size small helmet for me, often not available at other shops. I travel with my own saddle, he had no complaints with swapping them out. Carlos chose trails suitable for our abilities. The Senderos Colon trails are challenging, he had other suggestions if we wanted to do easier. As we had a vehicle he met us at the trailhead parking lot making it easy for us. I strongly recommend doing business with Carlos, whether it is a tour or only bike rental.

Mark Gewin: I just recently had EtripBikes build and install a battery and a Bafang BBSHD electric motor on an older Surly Troll. The people at Etrips were knowledgable and the work they did was great. The battery they built is excellent and the install of the motor seems to be top notch. I recommend EtripBikes highly to anyone with any interests in electric bicycles in Costa Rica.

They gave me the option to put a battery that yields more, accept and so far I walk with an electric bike everywhere, very happy with the purchase

Andrey Villalobos: I am very happy, I bought a 750w kit, with a performance of 30km on the flat and I wanted to increase my performance, so they received the battery and with just an additional one I increased it to 50km. I mounted my kit on a 29 rim Totem and it generates a speed of up to 60km/h. I went from spending 50,000 colones on fuel to 2,500-5,000 colones on the electric charge of the battery. Fully recommended this establishment for the purchase of a means of transport that helps in urban mobility by a lot.

Rachel Grant: Terrible service, we bought some products and they were defective and incomplete. We tried to get the money back and only by credit note, they do not return the money. Edwin Barrios: I need help with the information from the technical review of my Dominar 400, I bought it in September, and to date nothing has been resolved, I call and they tell me that I have to wait, but what to wait? When I bought the motorcycle they told me that they were going to inform customers about the RTV issue but they have not made a single publication about it, my experience has been very bad, and the customer service of the gentleman who answers the phone at the Uruca headquarters it is terrible, I raise my voice for asking a simple question.
Diana Arana Diez: A real crap company. I give it one star because you have to put something to comment. They promise things that they do not deliver and package motorcycles seem to be very bad. And when in theory the guarantee should come into operation, they look for buts so that it is not done and charge for things that do cover the guarantee. What this company is looking for is to sell poor quality motorcycles and then invent anything in the workshop to later pimp the customers. Do not buy here is a total ROBBERY.
