Karo Am: Terrible job, a shame and total disappointment!!!! Ghastly fondant work! All disproportionate, unbalanced, careless, zero delicacy, horrible work and not even similar to what was requested. In addition, after 10 minutes, all the mess that he put on top fell off, it was worse than it already was! INCREDIBLE THAT IT COULD GET WORSE BUT YES.... A shame of work, it shows that the photos she uploads are NOT her work !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! A TOTAL SHAME OF WORK!!!

Princess Baby: Before they had a lot of quality, now they have lowered it too much, the bread is usually very hard, it crumbles a lot, and it really is a bit expensive compared to the quality.

Jaiya Seno: Meh. Very low quality. I asked if they could make the logo turn into a cake but i guess it was misunderstood that they confirm they will just print the logo and make the cake and place the logo on top. But still how they made it is very low quality and they could have done better. The logo is even falling as you can see from the picture. The birthday guy doesnt like much cake but since its his bday I thought it was cool for him to get a logo cake which his company logo and that was the purpose of getting the cake. So it looks like the logo is 10% and 90% which is not what i want it to be. I could have just bought a cake in auto mercado for just 10k crc with no shipping fee. Their cake is not super worth for the price. I was talking to 3 different bakery and i choose them and end up disappointing.
Karla Palma: This place offers an amazing amount of products including Venezuelan desserts. Outstanding quality my boyfriend and I adored the place. We also found Polvorosas amazingly delicious specially with coffee. Great price range.
C. B. D.: Queques: súper deliciosa! Gente: muy amable! Ambiente: tranquila y limpia! We love the cakes, the donut holes and the custard desserts in the refrigerator. They do custom cakes for birthdays and I loved my bunny that I requested. Our all time favorite is the little take home vanilla cake with a macaroon on top! Pictures below. 🙌🏼 Typically not a hang out spot, but they do have a few chairs and tables if you want to stay and even have a Britt coffee with your pastry, cake, etc.
Aarón Chavarría Artavia: This bakery is no longer what is used to be. Prices are to high and the taste of the food is pretty standard or bad. Sizes are also not the best when compared with the prices. The bakery has grown but the quality is no longer in the heart of this place.

Jay Rearley: Excellent, Just what I wanted something fresh, not to heavy on the stomach and healthy, Spinach quiche with a delightful colorful lettuce salad which contained almonds, cherry tomatoe, black olives with a mixed vinagreta as a dressing. It has a fair price of 2950 colones. The place itself is elegant and spacious yet cozy. At first I was unsure( since Im a cheapskate) but I definitely got my moneys worth. I will definitely come back if Im in the neighborhood. The quiche is Mmm 👌 good, I dont want to sound corny but as Ned Flanders would say, this quiche is "scrum diddly umptious".

Al Flore: A rare find in San Jose! Place is nicely decorated maticulesly clean and all the foods are fresh! They have a good size menu for breakfast & lunch. If you like foods with a touch of Mediterranean, this is your place!
Frau Aydin: Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious eggs, generous fruit bowl, fresh bread and the highlight - the Turkish tea!

Don Bowyer: Nice breakfast place that opens at 8am. The poached eggs (Huevas Sandha) were great! Also the Desayuno Tipico.
Oni Giri: One of the best location in the cool Escalante neighborhood to just have breakfast/brunch while the people watching. The locals agree as evident by the constant traffic in/out of this deli. If you have to order one food I would have to highly recommend Sahada with Huevo con Chorizo. It’s a local version of two eggs on a hot pan with local ingredients such as chorizo and some kind of sauce which is yummy They also have their selection of bakery obviously
Lydia Lee: Super cute spot with lots of pastries within walking distance of our room. I had a delicious croissant sandwich and blended mocha coffee. I wish I could go back now, but I’m in Florida.
Juan Fernandez: Great place for a cafe, breakfast or light lunch, the bread is beyond words(comes from a bread lover) and the place is small and cozy. The cold drink options are a bit limited but the ones there are great so no problem.

Diego Rodriguez: This is a really good place for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a cup of coffee. When I ordered my omelette, they made a mistake with the ingredients, after I told them they gave me another one an also offered me a extra cup of coffee as a courtesy. The food is delicious, I paid around $5 for this.
David Usaga: Love this place. Good for relaxing coffee time or a delicious light lunch. Salads are great.
