Asesorias Linge: Once again, the lousy service provided at the checkout is seen. Today I was going to buy some ceramics for snacks. The 2 units were wrapped in a transparent plastic bag with green letters. A cashier unpacked them. Then there was a change of cashier. The next one (named Alonso) who had not seen what the previous one did wanted to charge it as 2 units. I told him that they were in a single plastic bag and if he wants to review it in the videos they take, then he can. Well, he did nothing and insisted on his position. Appalling!!! This one put as if he were a liar. This has never happened to me in any normal store. And if that were the case, they keep one of the things for you and give it to you on the next visit with a great apology. But what can you expect in a place where people who know nothing serve.

Sergio Guillen: Great store for linens, clothing and kitchen goods. Frequently with good discounts on selected merchandise. Always excellent customer service, some of the kindest and most professional department store staff anywhere in the country. Sign up for their frequent customer program, benefits are quite good, especially the 20% discount all through the month of your birthday.

Michael Wurm: Now this is a place, my wife loves dearly. So whenever you stop by, make sure to take your time, just as I do, to keep your wife happy too. Even if you are not looking for something specifically, my wife always finds something that she loves and wants to take back home. 😊 The selection is quite big and the staff is kind and helpful in case you have any questions. This place is a must for lifestyle shopping and accessories. We will definitely be back on other occasions again. 👍🏻
Joan E D: This is a proper Department store with a spacious layout where you can find anything very easily. The toilets are utterly impeccable, dry & clean. They got a big compromise with the environment denying customers plastic bags which is lovely, even if that mean people would get a little confronting sometimes. Excelent place to wander round & home shopping.

Without hesitation, selectors without any experience. And the boutique is almost a clothing store for a box of 250 colones. The window is not even said 🤣 brand clothing with advertising. Clothes with holes in the window sports clothes in the same way stretched and defective. Well, as a Coach, those clothes are not of good quality. Change staff from management change.
Queen Luna Happiness: The store is big, lots of variety! The prices 🤔 I feel that they are very expensive, but at least some brands are worth it.
Melissa Ulate: I give it a star because it is the least that the review accepts, a guy who works there treated my sister as a thief because he took some clothes off the hook and carried them in his hand, inside the store. He was reserving them to take them to the dressing room and an employee of the place approached him and told him that when the garment is taken from the hook, the clothes are considered stolen even when they are inside the same store. My sister was clearly offended and put the clothes on the counter to leave and that guy told her that he had to put the clothes where he found them to be able to leave the store and when my sister did not agree, he threw her out of the store for being there " stealing ". I considered the store to be a good place to get clothes. But now not tied up. I share it so that it does not happen to other people.
