Yin Y.: My favorite new Asian Market! The selection is perfect — all the basics and more. If you are Chinese, you will also discover some goodies that will evoke the feeling of home and childhood. There is even a tank of fresh tilapia which they will prep for you. The best part is the frozen section — besides the wide selection for frozen jiaozi (dumplings), there is also scallion pancake, and the best: stuffed pancakes (“tortas rellenas”) in 3 flavors (leeks & veggies with dried shrimp, pork, beef) which are handmade locally by a lady from Tianjin who goes by “Abuela Li”. I make these for guests all the time and everyone’s mind and tastebuds are blown. There is also Cantonese style zongzi (“tamales chinos”). The owner Sofía, who hails from China but has lived in CR for 20 years, is also super helpful if you need any advice.
Andres Zuniga: Authentic Chinese exports. Communication can be complicated with workers, use Google translate for simplified Chinese and you should be ok if you are looking for something specific.
Manuel Lascarez (Manny): Great variety of Asian Products such as specialty noodles and Asian spices and novelties at good prices.
Ad Latjes: Great shop for original food supplies from Asia.
Susan Clark: Very neat and well organized. Lots of choices. Staff pleasant and helpful.
Sonny James Nadela: This Chinese Supermarket is so far the best in Costa Rica. It has almost every Asian items you need including fresh vegetables.
Cee Cee: Please write the name of the products that you sell in English to make shopping easier .
Tiff: Saw a lot of childhood snacks here. Was good

Taketoshi Kiyota Mata: Good place to stock up on oriental food staples like soy sauce, sticky rice, shrimp crackers, Japanese curry, furikake, frozen dumplings, unagi, miso paste, spicy fermented bean paste, sake, dry shitake mushrooms, rice wine, etc. Highly recommend to browse slowly.
Kip Larsen: If you are looking for chinese food products from sauces and spices to prepared frozen foods as well as kitchen supplies, Super Asia in Heredia has a nice selection.
Jon Shawcross: Very good selection of Oriental foods. The only downside is no duck pancakes.

Levystein Lockett: We go here whenever we want to buy the super spicy Korean fire noodles that we used to buy in Los Angeles, California. The staff is nice and helpful.
Joan E D: They offer lots of various food items from not only Chinese cuisine, but many other Far East Asian ones such as Vietnamese, Japanese & South Korean, for example. They also have their parking space for better convenience.
Vincent Lee: Was able to find most of the Asian-type condiments and products needed especially when such retailers are hard to find in Costa Rica. The store feels more like a warehouse but the staff should be able to help you find what you needed. Note that they require you to leave any bags in lockers outside the entrance of the store. Just make sure you keep personal valuables on you.
Yvonne Shannon: One of the best places in San Jose to buy Oriental supplies. good selection of Frozen products. helpful people. A little out of the way, but worth the effort to find.

Kate Hayward: A great selection of Chinese groceries including a wide variety of frozen dim sum and really fresh produce. We were also thrilled to find several types of chili crisp. Definitely going back.
Prasad Pardeshi: This is the best place to shop Chinese products. They have plenty of variety of rice noodles. Momos, frozen products are also available. They also have different types of Chinese sauce. Will definitely re-visit this place.
Alexander Ramirez: They are from Taiwan, not China, really nice people and it is really clean, they have products from USA, Taiwan and South Korea. Love the place 100% recommend

Hao Chung: Good variety of products and very good prices, here you can find: ingredients and kitchen utensils, snacks, canned goods, sweets, frozen (although very few, currently only have 1 freezer) and other products, including toys and flip-flops. The place is big, but a bit old, so I deducted a star for not looking immaculate. The parking lot only accommodates 4 or 5 cars, but there is usually a field.

Cesarlees: Awesome place with good management. Large selection of chinese made home goods. They also have a very large selection of restaurant supplies. I personally, go for incense oils. They have a menu with all the different scents and the young lady behind the counter is always very helpful and very sweet and kind.
Pablo Andrés Hidalgo Acuña: Its owner "la chinita" is a wonderful person, very helpful. I always get what I need.
