irena bartolec: Their ONLINE store is a SCAM! I wanted to buy a microphone from them. Via whatsapp on their website I arrange the purchase. Did a wire transfer and for a month owner was claiming that money is still not on his account, that it takes a longer time although my transfer was confirmed to me from my bank as a completed. Since I needed a microphone for my work I purchased it again via credit card ( owner seemed very nice at that) and had an agreement with the owner that he will transfer me money back once he gets it. Unfortunately that never happened although I received confirmation from their bank that they received money on their account already in February. So i double payed my microphone and I got SCAMMED. Case is reported to the authorities.

Pawel Marczak: I am not a guitar player but I was asked by a friend who is collecting guitars from all over the world to get him the best guitar Guzman can offer. I went to the store and I have told the guy that I would like something very good. He gave me guitar that was 500.000 Colones which is approx $900. When I brought the guitar to my friend, he just laughed that I got scammed really bad paying that much money for that kind of guitar. He says, that $250 Yamaha guitars sound better then $900 Guzman guitar. Be aware of this store people!!!
José Herrera: Completely satisfied with my restoration with my guitar with more than 60 years, they have a great experience and leave you the instrument as if it had never happened, they also make you comfortable and quality guitars at reasonable prices. Paying a little more and for a good repair and a factory warranty is not too much. I am super happy with the place. They have never failed.
