Jenny Madere: I wasn’t sure of the process as I never had a pedicure that doesn’t use water and didn’t include a foot rub but when she was done, it was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. My feet are super smooth and the meticulous attention to detail on my toes made it look flawless. Plus, very good price. Thanks so much. Only one suggestion is adding some ventilation because the fumes were strong when you enter. I recommend to anyone, nonetheless. Service: Pedicure

Upon arrival they only told me to sit in an armchair that was full of bags from other clients, and after 30 minutes they had not attended me or spoken to me again. After that time, another client arrived who was attended to immediately. At no time did they indicate to me that they were late in attending me, nor did they offer me any comment or apology about the situation. By the time I left there was no indication that I would be seen soon.

owén reissmann: Worst microblading imaginable. I was very clear that I wanted to retain the shape of my natural eyebrows and not lose any hairs. I just wanted to have them filled in and made a little longer. She cut a bunch of hairs along the bottom of the inner end of one brow and tattooed a bunch of extra lines at the top of it, in order to try to make the two brows mirror one another, which I did not want. The depth was also inconsistent, and she made many diagonal lines the opposite direction of the hair. It is well beyond repair. I am using retin-A to get the layers of skin to peel off more frequently, but I will likely be stuck looking awful for months or years. The permanent eyeliner is incredibly sloppy, even after healing. Hopefully, someone can repair it. The numbing cream she used did nothing. The mani-pedi was very sloppy. Several of the services were not provided as described online. The website lists the glut-lifting massage and cellulite-reducing massage as including passive gymnastics, molding cup, maderotherapy and vacumn therapy. All he did for either was rub in oil, and one was very brief. The facial lists several services including ultrasonic peeling, massage, and lymphatic drainage. All he did was put on and take off several creams. He only put the mask on in a thin strip. They list services on their website that they do not actually offer: eyelash lifting, therapeutic massage, lymphatic drain massage, and carboxytherapy. I was allowed to schedule these anyway and not told until the day of. Services: Manicure , Makeup services , Microblading , Pedicure
