Jenny LJ: He is a dermatologist , NOT A PLASTIC SURGEON. Be safe and investigate first before doing any procedure. Also this place is related to bad medical practices which leaded to dead of 2 women.
Paula Siles: Didnt even check for a minute before sending me to buy some products only he sells! My skin got dry and flaky because of them.

Cristina Amador: Terrible attention, Doctor Rojas treats the patient with a lot of arrogance, in 5 minutes, he does not give time to cover doubts, he did a procedure on the phone, he prescribed a medication that I did not need and the price is very high for the attention that the patient receives. I had to end up going to another doctor to solve the problem I had
Deilyn Álvarez: The appointment lasts less than 2 minutes and the price is high for that time, it gives you isoface as if it were nothing, this being even a strong medicine but even so, it is a great wonder to remove acne quickly, it removes it quickly and not like other dermas that do not want to give you the medicine and give you soft treatments such as soaps and acne can last up to years. He gets to the point, he gives you this medicine that, depending on how severe it is, will take it away, even forever.
Rebeca Muñoz: Terrible attention from the doctor, the consultation lasts less than 3 minutes per patient, he charges very dearly, he does not let you explain the reason why he requested the appointment and when he gives the diagnosis he does it with an arrogant attitude. I went for a problem around the lips that I had for 6 months, he did not let me explain anything, he did not even examine me and he almost yelled at me (literally) that it was for "licking my lips", he gave me a medicine that worked for 2 weeks and then the condition got worse, in the end i went to another dermatologist who diagnosed me with acute atopic dermatitis. I do not recommend it at all.
Jorge Inojosa: Terrible attention. They do not keep the appointment time. He only attends you for 5 minutes and does not give you time to clarify doubts and concerns. Everything is pure facade and marketing, they are not professional people nor do they care about customers just to make money.

Caryn A: Not a place to go if you are not fluent in Spanish. The meeting with the doc went well enough. He was patient, informative, and answered all my questions thoroughly. However, the scheduling team was extremely difficult to work with. There was most definitely a translation problem on both ends (my Spanish is minimal). I had made an appointment online for this reason. In the mean time, I was contacted by an assistant via WhatsApp and randomly scheduled for a day and time that I was not able to attend. I had responded that I could not make that appointment time, however that I already had a confirmed appointment which I scheduled online. She was not able to locate the appointment even though I forwarded the confirmation, etc. We went back and forth several times with no resolution. I eventually asked to cancel all appointments & that I would have to reschedule. A week later when I sent a message about rescheduling I received no response. I sent a follow-up message asking again if I was able to reschedule or whether I should look for find another practitioner. Again no response, hence I will be looking for another practitioner and would definitely not recommend this place if you are not fluent in Spanish. In retrospect, I can only guess that there was probably 2 scheduling systems and that the online system was not for the procedure I intended on scheduling, however this was never explained. The part that was most annoying was the total lack of response (not only once, but twice) when trying to reschedule. Very unprofessional.

Tamara Scott: Horrible experience, the doctor from what I perceived is jealous of young patients and with fresher and more beautiful skin than hers, I felt the bad vibes, she gave me a diamond tip exfoliation and focused on one side of my face to to the point of breaking it! Now I have a scar that I hope will go away over time, but I do not recommend this clinic at all, little professionalism, zero ethics and they do not inspire confidence, the irresponsibility and bad intentions of this doctor and her fifth-rate clinic is incredible!

Kerry Leigh: She is so fast and you pay a lot of money. All she does is sell you products...really no solution. Also I wanted to remove a milia and she used a hot spray which I believe was nitrogen and left me a small scar under my eye. To remove a milia you use a fine needle. I dont recommend her at all. I now have to live with a scar under my eye. Everytime I look in the mirror I see a scar. How can a dermatologist do that, they suppose to help? I am very hurt I have this scar because of a dermatologist.
Trevor Ling: Waited and waited .... and waited ... I understand Tico Time but this is rudeness. I left. Atmosphere reminded me of a dermatologist business in the US .. i.e. it’s all about the money.
Rocío Barrientos: The Trinity treatment is offered with a duration of 1 hour and 30 m, the third session lasted 1:20 m and today the last session 1:10 m. In addition, they require punctuality in the contract and are not punctual, the appointments start after the scheduled time.
Marci Kuijpers: I do not help at all. He only sold us a very expensive cream that we later found in the pharmacy much cheaper than what she sold us.
Carlo Dulce: Fatal, the Dr. and her team recommend the medicines they sell themselves to get money out of one.
