郭健多: Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had all over the world! It’s my last day in Costa Rica after a week of vacation. I booked 8pm concert and had nothing to do before that, so just found the closest massage place and it’s definitely beyond my expectations. Brandon is very professional and experienced. He treated my knots very well and did great back and neck cracks. My muscles and tissues were very tight after horseback riding and long time transportation. After the massage I feel wonderfully relaxed. A perfect way of ending the vacation before long flight back to US!
James Ayotte: A very professional, clean and peaceful atmosphere. Dennis, the massage therapist, expertly facilitated his many gifts and skills in manuel therapies. He intuitively and sensitively knows just what therapy to use along with the correct amount of pressure to apply. inspiration ja: After reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try and I am so glad I did. From the first WhatsApp conversation you can tell that they are very efficient and friendly. Upon reaching the place it didn’t look like a spa but the place is very clean and well planned from inside. The massage technique is very much in sync with the Costa Rican nature vibe. The massage I got from Esteban was the best massage I have ever experienced, no doubt about that, thanks again Esteban! If you are in San Jose and would like to treat your body then I highly recommend booking an appointment
Ladd LeBus: After the long flight from the US to San Jose my back was in some serious knots. I was in need of a quality massage, and often times when traveling I have been disappointed with over priced and subpar quality hotel massages. I read the reviews on Clinica Canacu and was impressed by all of the great feedback, so I checked it out. I will have to say, this place is amazing! The facility is very clean and welcoming. My massage therapist was Dennis and I let him know about my back issues. He knew exactly what to do to relieve the pressure from my back. I will have to say, this was not only the best massage I have had while traveling, but one of the best I have ever had! Dennis has strong-hands, he is knowledgeable, friendly and I left pain free! My partner had a massage with Carlos and he said it was excellent! I will be traveling back through San Jose in a couple of days and we will definitely be scheduling another appointment with Clinica Canacu!

Anila Bhatti: My husband loved his massage. Mine was mediocre especially for the price. It was supposed to be a foot massage but it was just like an oily foot rub, like almost no pressure at all. I guess my fault for not saying anything but I was confused as to why there was no massage involved. Also, typically in a food massage, you massage the lower legs and ankles a bit too, but that was not the case. Nice spa and space though

Claire Bryant: I am staying across the Parque Metropolitano La Sabana and found this quaint spa on google. It was extremely clean and relaxing from the moment I walked in. They offered me a selection of tea as I waited. I then had an absolutely fantastic Vitamin C facial that left me completely relaxed, reinvigorated, refreshed, and my skin is glowing and so smooth! It was so great that I booked a massage in a couple of days before I leave. Prices are extremely good and the quality of the treatments/services is excellent.

Tarah Garrison: I have never had a more superior experience than this. My body was in so much pain and finding this Yoga massage therapist relieved every ounce of discomfort I had. I felt like a new human being. Not only did she come to me, but she was able to target areas that several therapists have never call me close too. I have recommended her to everyone that is in Escazu. I will be in planning more sessions on my next visit. It is worth every penny

As someone who has had A LOT of amazing massages from a lot of different healers and bodyworkers, I can easily say this was the most therapeutic and COMPLETE massage I’ve ever had. Seriously, complete is the best way to describe it bc I feel healed and rejuvenated on many different levels not just muscular. Every bit of tension in my physical and energy bodies has been released. I absolutely recommend Stefania, you will never find another person that does this kind of massage the way she does it. I fully plan on getting more massages from her in the future. I am beyond pleased with my experience!💚💚💚

Have to say I was pleasantly surprised that my therapist was able to address my soreness from the travel and educate me on some problem areas I have. Chantal-Denise Ortega: La Maison spa has been the best massage I’ve had in Central and South America. The place looks elegant and is spacious, the staff very attentive and cares for your preferences. Would definitely go back to try their other services (facial, mani/pedi, they even have a dentist!) before I leave Costa Rica.

I had been in contact with them on WhatsApp from back home & they answered all my questions & booked me & my mom for a mother daughter spa day. We got facials, a massage & some time in the jacuzzi. We had Andres & Angela as our masseuses and they were both very friendly & professional. We are so happy we are hoping to go back before we leave since we will be here for a week. Recommend them 100%!!!

The building is clean and beautiful. The workers are always nice and very professional. I feel cared for and the prices are very reasonable compared to the high quality of services they offer. Even when I didn’t know much Spanish I still felt comfortable. This business offers so many services! Perfect for any occasion. I would highly recommend it!

Catalina was very communicative via WhatsApp when I inquired about their services and they were accommodating for me to book them for half a spa day on short notice. The staff was amazing too with great energy! Check them out if you’re in the San José area!
Nia Hill: I think it was a peaceful experience. I got a massage and a facial. However, their communication was not and is not the best. Booking my appointment took me reaching out to them multiple times. Also, I’ve been reaching out to them to get a receipt for my services (I need this for my JOB), but they literally won’t send me a receipt. This is impacting how I view them as a company, and I can’t say I would recommend this place to others.

The relaxation packages are a great quality for the price. We got massages, facials, time in the jacuzzi and wine. We didn’t want to leave. Note however, you have to ring the doorbell when you arrive as the spa itself is incredibly secure and locked down. Not many of the workers speak English but with google translate they make it work. 10/10 recommend

She can incorporate a little stretching, deep tissue, and/or Swedish massage as needed to help your body heal. I have been to see her several times, and have been impressed with the way she can intuit what my muscles need. She has given me advice to help me stretch and care for my muscles on my own, is quick to respond to texts or emails, and follows through when she says she will send information. I really love her space. It is comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful. I highly recommend Vida Zen Costa Rica!
