Bern Martinez: I only went here for one session but I had a blast. The trainers/owners put you through a tremendous workout and also make sure you are using the correct technique. If I stayed longer in San Jose I would definitely train here. I had so much fun.
ZaNdRe58: Visiting from Canada and was looking for a good boxing gym, the owners were very welcoming, spoke both english and spanish and great at teaching. Beautiful training area and always kept clean ,would definitely recommend.

Julio Copo: Even though the facilities might not impress aesthetically, CrossFit classes are up-to-par. Great coches who encourage you constantly to give your best, while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Monthly unlimited classes available.
Gregory Figuereo: The best MMA gym in Costa Rica. I have been to over a dozen Martial Arts Gyms in Costa Rica and this is the best one. Whatever your goal is, from losing weight to competing professionally or learning to defend yourself, this gym will take you there.
Trent Chapman: Visited here while we were in San Jose for a week. Great atmosphere. They have MMA, TRX, kettlebell, CrossFit, and pretty much anything in between. Felt very welcomed by the trainers as well as the other people in the classes.
Jan Cílek: the atmosphere based gym where I had a class of karate, but you find there a lot of other activities...weightlifting, judo, mma, box, workouts
Guido Vargas Rojas: Excellent academy, accessible schedules and with a variety of disciplines. It has parking, different types of payment and various training packages. Very good organization for the training groups and they comply with the health measures for COVID.
Simón Avilés: Excellent location, very close to the universities of East San José. It has parking, although it is a bit inconvenient. Regarding the High Performance classes, they have good teachers, especially Felipe, who is attentive and dedicated. It has good hours, but they have not been able to handle the arrival of a greater number of clients, which would mean opening more classes and acquiring more equipment. The staff that attends the reception sometimes is not clear about prices and charges.
rebeca rojas: The treatment, education, tolerance and importance they give to people (CUSTOMERS OR FUTURE CUSTOMERS) so that they can learn and move forward is very important. Personally I take them out of my Facebook and I no longer see them as an option to practice some sport in this place. They lack a lot of maturity, education, tolerance, intelligent and how to manage a business well. A basic customer service course could do very well. In the end it is for the people who have this.

Fio Mej: I enrolled Tai Chi with Jhon Latouch and he is 0 professional, he already knew that it was my 1st time and even so when I got to the class he did NOT explain ANYTHING, until about 15 minutes later I had to ask him and remember that I was a beginner. I paid for 1 month where he told me that they were only on Saturdays, I only went 1 and 2 weeks later I received an email that there were beginner classes during the week and you could go twice which would have served me better, but since he does not explain ANYTHING , unless it is to enroll there if he responds very quickly. Zero professional that Jhon la touche. find another place
